Supplier Code of Conduct (SCOC)

此行為規范(提供給所有供應商、賣主以及被許可者等(統稱為供應商))適用于所有為青海泰豐先行或根據與泰豐先行或其分支、代理機構的許可協議生產、銷售任何帶有泰豐先行公司系列商標的產品或服務的泰豐先行公司的分支、附屬機構及其他任何有關單位提供產品的所有供應商。

This Code of Conduct (provided to all suppliers, vendors, licensees, etc. – hereinafter called “supplier(s)”) applies to all suppliers that produce or provide goods for Taifeng or any of its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates or agents and all entities that produce, source, distribute, market, and/or sell goods or services under trademarks of Taifeng pursuant to a license with TAIFENG or any of its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates or agents.

    在考慮到各供應商處于全球不同法律、文化背景的情況下,此規范闡明了泰豐先行在環境、勞工、用工條件及倫理實踐等方面對其供應商的基本期望與要求。同時此規范也是作為泰豐先行對供應商在雇傭和環境保護方面進行評估的基本準則。

While Taifeng recognizes that there are different legal and cultural environments in which Suppliers operate throughout the world, this Code sets forth the basic expectations for environmental, labor, supplier working conditions and ethical practices that all suppliers must meet in order to do business with Taifeng. The Code also provides the foundation for Taifeng’s ongoing evaluation of a supplier’s employment practices and environmental compliance.

  1. 總則

    General Principle

    為泰豐先行提供產品或服務的供應商的運作,應完全遵守所在國家法律及其他現行規則、慣例和法規。

    Suppliers that produce goods for Taifeng shall operate in full compliance with the laws of their respective countries and with all other applicable laws, rules and regulations.

    1. 供應商的工廠應完全遵守現行的法律、慣例和法規,其中包括但不限于與勞動關系、員工健康、安全以及環境相關的法律、慣例和法規。

    1. The factory operates in full compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including those relating to labor, worker health and safety, and the environment.

    2. 在合理通知的前提下,供應商應允許泰豐先行和/或其代表、代理自由進入其廠區查看并獲取所有相關記錄。

    3. The factory allows Taifeng and/or any of its representatives or agents access to its facilities and to all relevant records with reasonable notice.

    4. 供應商應保證其雇員確知該行為準則并且要求其次承包者及供應商遵循本規則。

      c) Suppliers shall communicate the conditions of this Supplier Code of Conduct to their employees, and shall require its subcontractors and suppliers to comply with its terms.

  1. 環境

    Environment

    供應商必須遵守所有現行的環保方面的法律法規;鼓勵供應商貫徹節能減排及循環利用能源、資源。

    Suppliers must comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.  Suppliers are encouraged to implement the concepts of Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. 

    1. 供應商應該建立自身的環保管理體系并制定與當地環保法規相符的實施條例,條例中應包括持續提高環保標準的條款。

      a) The factory has an environmental management system that describes compliance with local laws and regulations and has provisions for continuous improvement.

    2. 供應商應建立相關規范程序,以確保在發生意外泄漏或其他影響環境的緊急事件時,能及時通知地方權力機構進行緊急處理。

    3. The factory has procedures for notifying local community authorities or any other environmental agency of non-compliant air or water discharge or release.

  2. 社會責任

    Social Accountability

    1. 歧視-供應商雇傭員工應基于其工作能力,而非個人特征或信仰。

  1. Discrimination - Suppliers shall employ workers on the basis of their ability to do the job, not on the basis of their personal characteristics or beliefs.

    I.供應商雇傭員工,不應考慮其種族、膚色、性別、國籍、宗教、年齡、生育或婚姻等狀況

    I .The factory employs workers without regard to race, color, gender, nationality, religion, age, maternity or marital status.

    II供應商支付員工工資及提供福利,不應考慮員工的種族、膚色、性別、國籍、宗教、年齡、生育或婚姻等狀況。

    II The factory pays workers wages and provides benefits without regard to race, color, gender, nationality, religion, age, maternity or marital status.

    b)強制勞動-供應商不得使用囚犯或任何其它強制勞動力,同時嚴禁以工抵債行為。

    Forced Labor – Suppliers shall not use any prison, indentured or forced labor.

    I 供應商不得使用任何非自愿勞動力,其中包括囚犯、以工抵債勞動力或者其他強制勞動力。且在任何時候都不能在違背工人意愿的情況下強迫雇傭。

    The factory does not use involuntary labor of any kind, including prison labor, debt bondage or forced labor by governments and does not require any worker to remain in employment for any period of time against his or her will.

    供應商不得進行任何奴隸或人口販賣行為, 其中包括但不限于透過使用武力、欺詐或強迫手段招聘、窩藏、運輸、教唆、供應或獲取人員從事勞動或服務工作

    The factory does not engage in slavery or in human trafficking of any kind, including but not limited to the recruitment, harboring, transportation, solicitation, provision or acquisition of persons for labor or services through the use of force, fraud or coercion.

    c) 童工-供應商應雇傭滿足本國現行法律最低工齡要求,或至少16周歲的員工;如兩者不一致以高者為準。

    c) Child Labor - Suppliers shall employ only workers who meet the applicable minimum legal age requirement or are at least 16 years of age, whichever is greater.

    I 供應商應遵守所有適用的關于雇傭童工的法律,包括但不限于與雇用、工資、工時、加班和工作環境相關的法律。

    The factory complies with all applicable child labor laws, including those related to hiring, wages, hours worked, overtime and working conditions.

    II供應商應保存證明每名員工出生日期的官方文件的復印件。在獲取不到能夠有效核實員工確切出生日期文件的情況下,供應商應采用適當可信的評判辦法來判定員工的年齡。

    The supplier maintains official documentation for every worker that verifies the worker’s date of birth. In those countries where official documents are not available to confirm exact date of birth, the supplier confirms age using an appropriate and reliable assessment method.

    d)工資及工時-供應商應根據相關適用的法律設定工時、工資和加班費用。工人工資應至少滿足法定最低工資或與當地工業標準相符,兩者不一致以高者為準。在確需加班的情況下,供應商也應控制加班時間,在確保不侵害員工基本權益的情況下進行生產。

    Wages & Hours - Suppliers shall set working hours, wages and overtime pay in compliance with all applicable laws.  Workers shall be paid at least the minimum legal wage or a wage that meets local industry standards, whichever is greater. While it is understood that overtime may be required, suppliers shall carry out operations in ways that limit overtime to a level that ensures humane and productive working conditions.

    供應商應根據相關法律要求或地方工業標準支付加班或獎勵(或計件)費用,兩者不一致以高者為準。計時加班工資必須高于平時非加班時間工資。

    The factory pays overtime and any incentive (or piece) rates that meet all legal requirements or the local industry standard, whichever is greater. Hourly wage rates for overtime must be higher than the rates for the regular work shift.

    e)工作環境-供應商必須尊重所有員工并為其提供安全健康的工作環境。供應商應遵守所有適用的關于工作環境的法律法規。禁止供應商使用體罰或其他任何生理或心理脅迫方式。供應商廠區內應保持充足的燈光和通風、便捷的通道、設備維護良好、有害物質應標注醒目標志并得以完善地儲存、處理。為員工提供住宿的供應商必須保持住宿場所清潔、安全。

    e) Working Conditions - Suppliers must treat all workers with respect and dignity and provide them with a safe and healthy environment. Suppliers shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding working conditions.  Suppliers shall not use corporal punishment or any other form of physical or psychological coercion.  Supplier’s facilities must be sufficiently lighted and ventilated, aisles accessible, machinery maintained, and hazardous materials sensibly stored and disposed of. Suppliers providing housing for workers must keep these facilities clean and safe.

    The factory complies with all applicable laws regarding working conditions, including worker health and safety, industrial hygiene, sanitation, fire safety, and electrical, mechanical and structural safety.

    ii有足夠標有明確標識的出口,以備在出現火情或其他緊急事件時員工得以有序疏散。緊急情況疏散路線圖必須懸掛在明顯的位置并清楚地標明于工廠內各區域。

    There are sufficient, clearly marked and unlocked exits allowing for the orderly evacuation of workers in case of fire or other emergencies. Emergency exit routes are posted and clearly marked in all sections of the factory.

    iii工廠至少每年進行一次疏散演習。

    Evacuation drills are conducted at least annually.

    iv在工作時間,工廠為所有員工提供可飲用水,且方便員工飲用。

    The factory provides potable water for all workers and allows reasonable access to it throughout the working day.

    v工廠保證在工作時間為員工提供清潔衛生的衛生間,不允許無故限制使用。

    The factory maintains throughout working hours, clean and sanitary toilet areas and places no unreasonable restrictions on their use.

    vi工廠將有害和易燃物質存儲在安全通風的場所,在對其處理時,要使用安全合法的處理方式。

    The factory stores hazardous and combustible materials in secure and ventilated areas and disposes of them in a safe and legal manner.

    II住宿(如供應商提供員工住宿)

    Housing (if applicable):

    i宿舍區應遵守所有與健康安全相關的適用法律法規,其中包括防火安全、衛生、遇險防護、以及電類、機械和建筑安全等規范。

    Dormitory facilities meet all applicable laws and regulations related to health and safety, including fire safety, sanitation, risk protection, and electrical, mechanical and structural safety.

    ii住宿區內,每名員工的休息區域應滿足法定最低要求且符合地方工業標準。

    The living space per worker in the sleeping quarters meets both the minimum legal requirement and the local industry standard.

    iii每一樓層應有明確標識的出口,且在走道、樓梯間和出口上方安裝有緊急照明設施。

    There are clearly marked exits on each floor, and emergency lighting is installed in halls, stairwells and above each exit.

    iv為確保發生火情或其他緊急事件時安全撤退,緊急疏散路線圖應張貼在所有就寢區域。

    Directions for evacuation in case of fire or other emergencies are posted in all sleeping quarters.

    v禁止將生產過程中所使用的有害或易燃物質存儲在與就寢區域相接區域或直接存放在住宿區內。

    Hazardous and combustible materials used in the production process are not stored in the dormitory or in buildings connected to sleeping quarters.

    vi至少每年進行一次防火演習。

    Fire drills are conducted at least annually.

    vii住宿區域內有飲用水的設施。

    Potable water is available to dormitory residents.

    f)自由結社-員工可根據個人意愿自由結社。禁止供應商對員工以合法、和平方式集體結社、組織或談判的意愿進行干涉。是否實施以上行為應完全由員工個人意志決定。

    Freedom of Association- Workers are free to join associations of their own choosing. Suppliers must not interfere with workers who wish to lawfully and peacefully associate, organize or bargain collectively. The decision whether or not to do so should be made solely by the workers.

    4. 商業道德規范

    4.   Business Ethics

  1. 反腐敗-供應商應該遵循所有反腐敗方面可適用的法律,包括但不限于如《美國海外行賄法案》中規范與政府官員交往行為的法律。供應商不得為提升泰豐先行的商業利益或者與泰豐先行之間的商業往來而違背法律進行任何賄賂行為或者任何其他不當的金錢支付。

    a)  Anti-Corruption - Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws, including those laws governing conduct with government officials such as the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.  Suppliers will not make any offer or payment that would constitute an illegal bribe under applicable law, nor otherwise engage in any illegal or corrupt practices in order to promote or advance TAIFENG’s business interest or in an attempt to increase the business the Supplier has with TAIFENG.

  2. 知識產權

    Intellectual Property

  1. 供應商應該充分尊重泰豐先行或其他任何第三方的知識產權。供應商應采取任何必要的行為保護泰豐先行知識產權以及泰豐先行品牌的完整性,同時確保其供應商以及次承包人對泰豐先行品牌有同樣的尊重和保護。

Supplier respects both Taifeng and third party intellectual property rights.  Supplier takes all actions necessary to protect Taifeng intellectual property and Taifeng Brand integrity, and accepts responsibility to hold their suppliers and sub-contractors accountable as well.

  1. 在提供產品給泰豐先行過程中,供應商應采取適當行動以確保不侵犯任何第三方的專利并采取必要行動確保泰豐先行不會收到任何侵權產品。上述行動包括但不限于采用專利搜索和分析等。

In supplying products to Taifeng, Supplier does not violate or infringe on any third party patents, and takes appropriate action to ensure that Taifeng will not receive any infringing products.  Action may include but is not limited to freedom to use patent searches and analysis thereof to ensure compliance.

  1. 關系責任-供應商應該對泰豐先行內部員工行為規范有明確認知。《泰豐先行公司員工行為規范》可根據供應商的要求提供給供應商。《行為規范》內容包括泰豐先行員工不得向供應商索取禮物,也不得接受供應商提供的禮物和招待,如果上述禮物和招待會影響或可能影響泰豐先行員工與供應商合作中的商業決定,或干擾泰豐先行員工在履行職責時的公正性。

Relationship responsibility - Supplier must be sensitive to Taifeng colleague internal codes of conduct.  Copies of these codes can be provided upon request.  Taifeng Code example includes Taifeng colleague cannot solicit any gifts from supplier nor can a colleague accept any gifts or entertainment if they could influence, or appear to influence, the colleague’s business decisions on behalf of the supplier, or interfere with the colleague’s ability to be impartial in carrying out duties.

5. 關于負責任礦產資源供應鏈盡責管理的供應商告知書

Notification letter to suppliers concerning due diligence for responsible supply

chains of minerals

充分認識到在受沖突影響和高風險區域從事礦產開采、交易、處理、出口存在可能形成重大負面影響的風險, 并認識到企業有尊重人權、不對社會產生負面影響的義務, 泰豐先行承諾采納中國五礦化工進出口商會(CCCMC)發布的《中國負責任礦產供應鏈盡責管理指南》(以下簡稱《中國指南》)、經濟合作與發展組織(OECD)發布的《經濟合作與發展組織關于來自受沖突影響和高風險區域的礦石的負責任供應鏈盡責管理指南》(第三版)(以下簡稱《OECD指南》),以及《多德-弗蘭克華爾街改革和消費者保護法》(以下簡稱《多德-弗蘭克法案》)關于鎢、錫、鉭、金(以下簡稱3TG)礦產在沖突地區的管理條例,并將其納入與礦產資源供應商簽訂的合同或協議之中。泰豐先行將廣泛傳播此政策,并且將此政策按照《中國指南》和《OECD指南》在礦產資源供應鏈中推行。

Fully recognize that the mining, trading, processing, and exporting of the minerals in the conflict-affected and high-risk areas may have a significant negative impact, and recognize that companies have an obligation to respect human rights and never have any negative impact on society. Taifeng is committed to adopting the "China Responsible Mineral Supply Chain Due Diligence Management Guide" (hereinafter referred to as "China Guidance") which was issued by China Chamber of Commerce of Metals, Minerals & Chemicals Importers and Exporters (CCCMC) and the "OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas, Third Edition" (hereinafter referred to as "OECD Guidance") which was issued by Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), and "Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act" (hereinafter referred to as "Dodd-Frank Act") regulating the Tin, Tantalum and Tungsten and Gold (hereinafter referred to as "3TG") Minerals in Conflict Areas. We incorporate these two Guidance into contracts or agreements with mineral resource suppliers. Taifeng will widely promote this Policy, and endeavor to implement this policy in the mineral resources supply chain in accordance with the “China Guidance” and “OECD Guidance”.

5.1. 與礦產開采、運輸、或交易有關的嚴重侵權行為:

5.1. Regarding serious abuses associated with the extraction, transport or trade of minerals

在高風險區域開展采購或經營活動時,泰豐先行既不會容忍也不會以任何方式獲利于、幫助、協助或便利任何一方實施:

While sourcing from, or operating in, conflict-affected and high-risk areas, Taifeng will neither tolerate nor by any means profit from, contribute to, assist with or facilitate the commission by any party of:

  1. 最惡劣形式的童工;(在世界勞工組織1999年最惡劣形式的童工公約(第182號)的第三節中定義了最惡劣形式的童工,其中(d)條款中規定了其中一種形式,即其性質或是在其中從事工作的環境,很可能損害兒童的健康、安全或道德的工作

    a. The worst forms of child labor; (In the International Labor Organization C182 - Worst Forms of Child Labor Convention, 1999 (No. 182) the worst form of child labor is defined in Chapter 3, wherein the sub-clause (d) defines one of the form, that is work which, by its nature or the circumstances in which it is carried out, is likely to harm the health, safety or morals of children);

    b. 任何形式的酷刑、殘暴、不人道和有辱人格的待遇;

    b. Any forms of torture, cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment;

    c. 任何形式的強迫或強制勞動,即以懲罰作為威脅榨取的任何個人的,非自愿提供的勞動或者服務;

    c. Any forms of forced or compulsory labor, which means work or service which is exacted from any person under the menace of penalty and for which said person has not offered himself voluntarily;

    d. 其他嚴重侵犯和踐踏人權的行為,如普遍的性暴力行為;

    d. Other serious violations and abuses of human rights, such as widespread sexual violence;

    e. 戰爭罪或其他嚴重違反國際人道主義法的行為,反人類罪或種族滅絕罪。

    e. War crimes or other serious violations of international humanitarian law, crimes against humanity or genocide.

    5.2. 對嚴重侵權行為的風險管理:

    5.2. Regarding risk management of serious abuses

    如果泰豐先行有合理理由認為該風險存在,即上游供應商正從實施第1條所規定的嚴重侵權行為的任何一方進行采購或與該方有關聯,泰豐先行將立即中止或中斷與該上游供應商的合作。

    Taifeng will immediately suspend or discontinue engagement with upstream suppliers where Taifeng identify a reasonable risk that they are sourcing from, or linked to, any party committing serious abuses as defined in Article 1.

    5.3. 關于直接或間接支持非國家武裝團體:

    5.3. Regarding direct or indirect support to non-state armed groups

    泰豐先行不會容忍任何通過礦產開采、運輸、交易、處理或出口為非國家武裝團體提供直接或間接的支持。通過礦產開采、運輸、交易、處理或出口為非國家武裝團體提供直接或間接的支持包括且不限于從非國家武裝團體或其關聯方購買礦產,向其進行付款,或以其他方式為其提供后勤支援或設備等。這些武裝團體或關聯方:

    Taifeng will not tolerate any direct or indirect support to non-State armed groups through the extraction, transport, trade, handing or export of minerals. “Direct or Indirect support” to non-state armed groups through the extraction, transport, trade, handing or export to of minerals includes, but is not limited to, procuring minerals from, making payments to or otherwise providing logistical assistance or equipment to, non-state armed groups or their affiliates who:

    a. 非法控制礦區,或以其他方式對運輸路線、礦產資源交易地、以及供應鏈的上游行為主體進行控制;并/

    a. Illegally control mine sites or otherwise control transportation routes, points where minerals are traded and upstream actors in supply chain; and/or

    b. 在礦區入口、通往礦區沿線或礦產資源交易地非法征稅或者勒索錢財或自然資源;并/

    b. Illegally tax or extort money or minerals at points of access to mine sites, along transportation routes or at points where minerals are traded; and/or

    c. 對中間商、出口企業或國際貿易商非法征稅或勒索。

    c. Illegally tax or extort intermediaries, export companies or international traders.

    5.4. 對向非國家武裝團體提供直接或間接支持的風險管理:

    5.4. Regarding risk management of direct or indirect support to non-State armed groups

    如果泰豐先行有理由認為,上游供應商從向非國家武裝團體(見第3條中定義)提供直接或間接支持的任何一方進行采購或與之存在關系,泰豐先行將立即中止或中斷與該供應商的合作。

    Taifeng will immediately suspend or discontinue engagement with upstream suppliers where we identify a reasonable risk that are sourcing from, or linked to, any party providing direct or indirect support to non-state armed groups as defined in Article 3.

    5.5. 關于行賄受賄及礦產原產地的欺詐性失實陳述:

    5.5. Regarding bribery and fraudulent misrepresentation of the origin of minerals

    泰豐先行不會直接或間接地提出、承諾、進行或索要任何賄賂,并且抵制索賄,不會為了掩蓋或偽造礦產資源原產地,虛報礦產資源開采、貿易、處理、運輸、出口等活動應向政府繳納的稅收、費用和特許開采費而行賄。

    Taifeng will not offer, promise, give or demand any bribes, and will resist the solicitation of bribes to conceal or disguise the origin of minerals, to misrepresent taxes, fees and royalties paid to governments for the purposes of mineral extraction, trade, handing, transport and export.

    5.6. 關于洗錢:

    5.6. Regarding Money Laundering

    如果泰豐先行有理由認為,存在因開采、交易、處理、運輸或出口在礦區入口、運輸路線沿線、或上游供應商礦產資源交易地進行非法征稅或勒索而得的礦產資源所引起或與之相關的洗錢風險,泰豐先行將支持或采取措施,為有效消除洗錢行為做出貢獻。

    Taifeng will support efforts, or take steps, to contribute to the effective elimination of money laundering where we identify a reasonable risk of money-laundering resulting from, or connected to, the extraction, trade, handing, transport or export of minerals derived from the illegal taxation or extortion of minerals at points of access to mine sites, along transportation routes or at points where minerals are traded by upstream suppliers.

    5.7. 關于向政府支付的稅收、費用及特許費:

    5.7. Regarding the payment of taxes, fees and royalties due to governments

    泰豐先行將確保向政府支付所有高風險區域礦石開采、交易、出口相關的合法稅收、費用和特許費,并且承諾根據企業在供應鏈上所處位置依照《采掘行業透明度行動計劃》(EITI)中各項原則對此類支付進行披露。

    Taifeng will ensure that all taxes, fees, and royalties related to mineral extraction, trade and export from conflict-affected and high-risk areas are paid to governments and, in accordance with the company’s position in the supply chain, we commit to disclose such payments in accordance with the principles set forth under the Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative(EITI).

    5.8. 對行賄受賄及礦產原產地的欺詐性失實陳述、洗錢及向政府支付的稅收、費用、特許費的風險管理:

    5.8. Regarding risk management of bribery and fraudulent misrepresentation of the origin of minerals, money-laundering and payment of taxes, fees and royalties to government

    根據企業在供應鏈上所處的具體位置,泰豐先行承諾與供應商、中央或地方政府機關、國際組織、民間社會以及受影響的第三方酌情進行合作,本著在合理的時間跨度內采取顯著措施防范或降低有負面影響的風險之目的,對績效進行改善或跟蹤。風險降低措施實施六個月未奏效,泰豐先行將中止或中斷與上游供應商的合作。

    In accordance with the specific position of the company in the supply chain, we commit to engage with suppliers, central or local governmental authorities, international organizations, civil society and affected third parties, as appropriate, to improve and track performance with a view to preventing or mitigating risks of adverse impacts through measureable steps taken in reasonable timescales. Taifeng will suspend or discontinue engagement with the upstream supplier after failed attempts at mitigation.

    5.9. 關于職業健康與安全:

    5.9. Regarding occupational health and safety

    在進行采購或生產時,泰豐先行不會獲利于、協助、便利于任何為其直接和/或間接雇員和/或在其生產現場的任何人員提供威脅到生命的職業環境的一方,或從該方處采購或與之存在關聯。

    When purchasing or producing, Taifeng neither benefit, assist, or facilitate any party providing the life-threatening occupational environment for any of its direct and/or indirect employees and/or anyone at its production site, nor purchase from or in any manner engage the party providing the same.

    5.10. 關于職業健康與安全的風險管理:

    5.10. Regarding risk management on occupational health and safety

    如果泰豐先行有合理理由認為上游供應商提供威脅到生命的職業環境,或從有該情況的任何一方采購或存在關聯,泰豐先行將立即中止或中斷與該供應商的合作。

    Taifeng will immediately suspend or discontinue engagement with upstream suppliers if we reasonably believe that the upstream supplier provides the life-threatening occupational environment for any of its direct and/or indirect employees and/or anyone at its production site, purchase from or in any manner engage any party providing the same.

    5.11. 關于童工:

    5.11. Regarding child labor

    在開展采購或開展經營活動時,泰豐先行將不會雇傭低于東道國法律或法規規定的最低工作年齡的兒童,不會獲利于、協助或為低于東道國法律或法規規定的最低工作年齡的兒童就業提供便利,不會從有該情形的任何一方采購或與其有關聯。如果東道國沒有相關的法律或法規規定,最低工作年齡為16周歲。

    When purchasing or producing, Taifeng neither employ the child labor under the minimum age as specified by the applicable law and regulations of the host country, nor benefit, assist, or facilitate the aforesaid employment, nor purchase from or in any manner engage any party employing the same. If there is no applicable law and regulations in the host country relating to the minimum age, it shall be 16 years.

    如果泰豐先行有合理理由認為該風險存在,即上游供應商存在該情形,或者從存在該情形的任何一方進行采購或與該方有關聯,泰豐先行將立即中止或中斷與該供應商的合作。

    Taifeng will immediately suspend or discontinue engagement with upstream suppliers if we reasonably believe that the upstream supplier employ the child labor under the minimum age, purchase from or in any manner engage any party employing the same.

  1. 作為與泰豐先行商業往來的一個條件,各供應商必須遵循本行為準則。泰豐先行會不斷完善自身對供應商是否遵循本準則的評估體系。與以下泰豐先行公司供應商行為規范各條對應,各供應商可選擇適用相對應的國際認可標準:

    1. As a condition of doing business with Taifeng, each and every supplier factory must comply with this Code of Conduct.  Taifeng will continue to develop monitoring systems to assess compliance. However, compliance with the following internationally recognized alternative standards will assure minimum standards are met for the listed aspects of Taifeng’s SCOC.

  1. 如泰豐先行發現并確定任一供應商違反了此行為規范,泰豐先行有權終止與其的業務往來或要求此工廠執行整改計劃。如有建議實施整改卻未執行者,泰豐先行將延遲其未來訂單的發放,且有可能終止與其當前的合作。

    If Taifeng determines that any factory has violated this Code, Taifeng may either terminate its business relationship or require the factory to implement a corrective action plan. If corrective action is advised but not taken, Taifeng  will suspend placement of future orders and may terminate current production

  2. 如供應商意識其自身或其供應商沒有達到本規范要求標準應及時通知泰豐先行;并立即采取必要的整改措施加以改正。

    Suppliers will notify Taifeng immediately if they become aware of any non-compliance of their company or of any of their suppliers with these standards, and suppliers will take immediate necessary actions to remedy any non-compliance.
